Return / Right of Withdrawal at E2C B.V.:

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, which has been transposed into Dutch law under the Distance Selling Act, consumers are entitled to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without the need to provide a reason. It's important to note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers, and for any inquiries related to returns, business customers are requested to contact us at [email protected].

For Consumers:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and this right does not necessitate providing a specific reason for your decision. Following the cancellation, you are granted an additional 14 days to return the product to us. You will be reimbursed the entire order amount, including the shipping costs. Please be aware that the costs associated with returning the product to our facility will be your responsibility. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is required that you return the product, along with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please follow the provided steps:

  1. Carefully review the return conditions. This step is crucial for comprehending the types of items that can be returned and the stipulated conditions.
  2. Log in to our online shop.
  3. Locate the order for which you wish to request a return. Your current orders can be found at the bottom of your dashboard or under "My Orders."
  4. Click on the return icon (RMA) located to the right of the order. Doing so will open the return request form.
  5. Complete the return request form, specifying the items you intend to return and the reason for the return.
  6. Ensure that you securely package the items in accordance with the guidelines provided for returning items.
  7. Dispatch the items to our designated return address.

Return Conditions for a Return at E2C B.V.:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, which should be undamaged, with an additional external box for protection.
  • The product must be in an undamaged and unused condition. For instance, items such as inverters should not have been previously installed.
  • Items must be suitably packed for safe transportation, meaning that they should be securely packaged in undamaged packaging materials. The packaging materials should remain intact, without any torn or damaged components.
  • The return confirmation must be visibly attached to each pallet or package to ensure the proper processing of the return.
  • Panels should be individually packed on separate pallets to prevent damage. Substructures and inverters may be combined on a single pallet.
  • Labels, tags, and/or production sheets must not be removed from the packaging to guarantee the correct processing of the returned products.
  • The packaging should not have any markings or writing to facilitate the resale of the products in their original condition.

Refund:

We will proceed to refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in satisfactory condition and complies with the aforementioned return conditions. It is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:

It is important to emphasize that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or assembled products, services that have already been performed, and business customers.

Exchanging an Order:

  • To request an exchange, please complete the return form via our webshop
  • Ensure that the product is packaged securely. You can print the shipping label sent to you via email and attach it to the box. If you do not have access to a printer, transcribe the information from the return form.
  • Deliver your package to a local post office.
  • Upon receipt of the package, we will promptly dispatch your replacement product. Please be mindful that the packaging should be free of any markings or writing.
